CARRIER FRIENDLY DATA
ASI has developed a master database of potential cell sites that we generate in a format that is compatible with the cell site carrier's radio frequency software. This ensures that your location ends up listed as a "friendly" site in their database, one whereby wireless cellular carriers can easily assess your properties to determine its feasibility for their purposes.
SITE ACQUISITION AGENT FRIENDLY MAPPING TOOL
ASI has developed an online tool that allows site acquisition agents (the carrier representatives who search for cell sites) to see what cell towers are available from ASI's sites in a user friendly format. Having previously performed site acquisition services, we know the cellular carriers requirements are. We provide all cell site location data, which allows the cellular carrier to pick multiple sites that t best meets their radio frequency objectives. We just make it easier for them to know about your location.
DIRECT MARKETING
Unlike other companies that represent that they will market your site location and then simply put it on a list that they share with the carriers, ASI will directly call representatives from the carriers in your area. The cell site selection process is a locally driven business- meaning that decisions are made in local communities throughout the country. We don’t have an inventory of thousands of properties because we take on properties that we feel will not have a likelihood of being leased by the carriers. That means that we can directly contact carrier representatives to discuss their need for our locations.
CARRIER ACCEPTED LEASES
We have represented clients with leases from all the large and mid size carriers. We know what they will accept and what they won’t. We know their counsel because we have worked with them.
To be fair, our services work best with those sites where there are few or no other alternatives. If your property is just like the one adjacent to you, then the wireless carrier can simply go to the adjacent property if negotiations prove too difficult. Unless there is something unique about your property, we typically aren’t willing to take you on as a client. This is because you will inevitably be disappointed with our services when we don’t bring you any revenue. It then is a waste of both your and our time.
Accordingly, before you contact us to promote your location, please review both our Fees page and the Criteria that we use to determine whether your site is one that we are interested in. Lastly, please don’t feel that you have to sell your location to us. We review each location directly before accepting someone as a client.
